Well, spring is officially here now and this means that it’s time to break out those springtime floral fragrances. And oh what a wonderful time it is; the sun is shining and flowers are growing - what better way to get into the feeling with a new floral scent?

For this summer, french fashion house Christian Dior has launched a floral-Fruity version of their popular fragrance Miss Dior called Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet:

Top: Essence of Mandarin and Essence of Sicilian Mandarin
Heart: Peony and Damask Rose
Base: White Musk

Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet follows the same path as the original Miss Dior and is an incredibly fun and flirty spring perfume. It opens with crisp and dewy fruit and floral notes that feel more pink than green. To my surprise, the frangrance is not very sweet, with the bitter facets of grapefruit and mandarin thankfully drying out any hints of sugar that may have been there before.

Resumé: Dior´s newest fragrance is Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet is very nicely put together and contains just the right level of contrast between pastel florals and rich patchouli. I immediately fell in love with the light and fresh, yet intense and flowery smell. It could easily become one of my favorite perfumes for summer as it is so feminine and classic, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a ladylike and fun new summer fragrance.
