Since I gave you a first glance on Guerlain´s Météorites Blossom Spring 2014 Collection a few days ago, it is time to show you a full make-up look with the actual products in use:

In today´s look, I am wearing the Cils D´Enfer mascara and a combination of the newly released Ecrin 4 Couleurs palette. All four eye shadows are highly pigmented (which I love!) and usually one or two brush sweeps is enough for full coverage. As you can see, I applied the lightest color, a wonderful rose tone, on the inner eyelids and under the eyebrow bone. To create some shadows, I used the matte, dark aubergine on the upper lids and the outer crease. For a finishing touch I applied some of the light mint green colored eye shadow on the middle of my lower lid, but unfortunately, this color is quite sheer and looks more silver than green in real life.
As for the mascara, I have to say that I am absolutely impressed with what it does: Elongated, full lashes with a nice curl! The color is a deep moka brown which looks very natural but is still dark enough.

I never really tried creamy blushes, and so the Météorites Bubble Rouge was a bit difficult to handle at first. After a few swatches on my hand, I figured out the right “applying intensity” so that the blush wouldn´t look too heavy on my cheeks. It is very important to blend the color really onto your foundation, but afte that, you have achievend a wonderful and fresh look onto your face.

And now to my favorite product of the whole line: the famous Météorites powder pearls! Guerlain´s star product has a new formula that supposedly is “enhanced in softness which makes it easier to pick up the powder with a brush…and also incorporates “stardust technology” to give the skin a subtle brightening glow.” These pearls are beautiful when used over the face, with or without foundation, and have a nice “glow” effect on the skin.

Resumé: I really like this collection - each product is highly pigmented, and the quality is beyond fantastic. As with almost any make-up line from Guerlain, this collection is perfect for everyday use. What I like most and what really is a unique selling point is the wonderful smell of violet and roses, a nice addition to an already great product.
