Back from Chicago, Illinois: My Shopping Haul!

After three intense and eventful days in Chicago, I am back home! Even though my trip was rather short, I had a great time exploring beautiful Chicago, trying out some new restaurants (I will tell you all about my stay in Illinois in another post real soon) and (of course) do some shopping – because what´s a city trip without shopping?

Since many stores in the USA had already started with markdowns, I was able to score some really nice bargains. Plus, I also visited the Rosemont designer outlet close to the O´Hare airport which had a lot of great stuff for crazy prices. So, here´s my little shopping haul:

chicago-shopping-trip-03The “photo ready” denim from J Brand is supposed to slim, lift and not stretch out…. We´ll see about that in a few weeks!

chicago-shopping-trip-01Two Chipmunks: The cashmere sweater on the left is from Club Monaco (50% off), the other one is current season from 360 Cashmere and usually retails for $ 300 – but I only paid $ 100 for it at the Rosemont-Outlet

chicago-shopping-trip-02During a short stint at J. Crew, one of my favorite brands, I bought this cozy and soft cashmere infinty scarf. The nail polish is from Estée Lauder and a very subtle, elegante nude shade (exact color name: Nudite); lipgloss (Bobbi Brown) is crystal clear and high-shine and I am planning to combine it with my nude and blush pink lipsticks.
